Bangladesh Seek T20 World Cup Match Relocation Amid Mustafizur Rahman Dispute

However, on January 3, KKR confirmed that they had released Mustafizur from their squad following instructions from the BCCI. Speaking briefly after his release, Mustafizur offered a restrained reaction, saying, “What else can you do if you are dropped?” His comments reflected disappointment but also acceptance of a decision that was largely beyond his control.
