In another example, Woodward had forgotten his license plate number. Rather than requiring a manual search, Gemini retrieved the information from a photograph already stored in Photos. These examples highlight how the assistant can draw on existing personal content to solve immediate problems without additional effort from the user.

Woodward also noted that Personal Intelligence has been useful in less urgent but equally personal scenarios. He described receiving recommendations for books shows clothing and travel that aligned closely with his interests. During planning for an upcoming spring break trip, Gemini analyzed family interests and past travel details found in Gmail and Photos. Instead of suggesting well known tourist destinations, it proposed an overnight train journey and even recommended specific board games that the family could play together along the way.
