ASUS has expanded its premium laptop portfolio in India with the launch of the new ExpertBook Ultra and the refreshed ExpertBook P series. The latest lineup is aimed at professionals, business users and enterprise customers looking for lightweight designs, advanced AI tools, strong security and modern performance.

The announcement introduces the flagship ExpertBook Ultra alongside the ExpertBook P3 and upcoming ExpertBook P5 range. With new generation Intel Core Ultra processors, upgraded displays, long battery life and collaboration focused software, ASUS is positioning the ExpertBook family as a serious option in the premium productivity segment.

Price and availability in India

Pre orders for the ExpertBook Ultra began on April 22 through Flipkart. The Intel Core Ultra X7 Series 3 model starts at Rs 2,39,990 including taxes.

To attract early buyers, ASUS is offering limited period benefits valid until April 29, 2026. These include five years onsite warranty, five years battery warranty and five years accidental damage protection worth Rs 12,190. Customers can also receive an additional Rs 20,000 discount on Axis Bank credit card EMI transactions, Rs 20,000 exchange bonus, 24 months no cost EMI, one year Flipkart Black membership and a one year McAfee+ Premium subscription.

The ExpertBook P3 range is already available through Flipkart starting at Rs 94,990 including taxes. ASUS is also offering a launch discount of Rs 6,000 along with select bank offers.

The ExpertBook P5 series will arrive soon in India with prices starting at Rs 2,14,990 including taxes.

ExpertBook Ultra brings premium business performance

The ExpertBook Ultra stands at the top of the new lineup and is designed for users who need portability without sacrificing power. ASUS says the laptop weighs just 0.99 kg, making it one of the lighter premium business laptops in its category.

The chassis uses a magnesium aluminium build with a protective coating for added durability and a refined finish. This lightweight construction is intended for frequent travelers, executives and remote professionals who need dependable hardware on the move.

Inside, the laptop is powered by Intel Core Ultra processors with AI acceleration for demanding tasks. It supports up to 64GB RAM and up to 2TB SSD storage, allowing users to manage multitasking workloads, large files and enterprise software smoothly.

Premium display and immersive audio

ASUS has equipped the ExpertBook Ultra with a 14 inch 3K OLED display. The panel is expected to deliver sharp visuals, rich contrast and strong brightness, making it suitable for presentations, media work and long working sessions.

Audio performance is another highlight. The laptop includes a six speaker spatial audio system with dual magnetic woofers and dedicated tweeters tuned with Dolby Atmos. This setup aims to provide fuller sound quality for meetings, entertainment and voice clarity.

Modern connectivity and enterprise security

The ExpertBook Ultra supports a broad range of modern connectivity options including Thunderbolt 4, USB A ports, HDMI and WiFi 7. This makes it suitable for users who rely on external monitors, fast data transfer and next generation wireless networks.

Security remains central to the business laptop experience. ASUS includes TPM 2.0 support and biometric authentication, helping users secure sensitive files and corporate data.

The laptop also meets military grade durability standards, reinforcing its business first identity. ASUS claims battery life of up to 26 hours, along with fast charging support for users who work across long schedules.

ExpertBook P3 and P5 target wider business users

Alongside the flagship model, ASUS has also refreshed the ExpertBook P series for users seeking capable business laptops across different price segments.

The ExpertBook P3 and P5 models will be available in multiple screen sizes including 14 inch and 16 inch versions. This gives buyers flexibility based on portability or workspace preferences.

The P5 series uses Intel Core Ultra processors, while the P3 series comes with slightly lower configurations aimed at balanced performance and affordability. Both ranges support DDR5 memory and fast SSD storage for responsive everyday use.

Built for long term office use

ASUS says the P series has been designed for durability and long term ownership. Buyers will get upgrade friendly support for memory and storage, which can be valuable for businesses planning longer deployment cycles.

The laptops also meet military grade durability standards and include spill resistant keyboards. These practical additions are especially useful for offices, educational institutions and professionals working in varied environments.

Display options include both OLED and IPS panels with high resolution and fast refresh rate choices depending on the model.

Connectivity remains strong across the range with Thunderbolt 4, HDMI, WiFi 7 and Ethernet support.

AI collaboration tools take center stage

A major theme across the new ExpertBook family is workplace AI. ASUS has integrated collaboration features such as real time translation, meeting summaries and noise cancellation.

These tools reflect the growing shift toward hybrid work where meetings, remote communication and productivity automation matter as much as raw hardware performance.

Battery capacity in the P series goes up to 70Wh, and fast charging support is also included. ASUS says users can expect practical endurance for full workdays with portable charging convenience.

ASUS strengthens premium laptop push in India

With the launch of the ExpertBook Ultra and upgraded P series, ASUS is clearly expanding its premium business presence in India. The company is targeting executives, creators, corporate teams and professionals who want lighter machines, AI driven productivity tools and enterprise grade reliability.

The ExpertBook Ultra appeals to buyers seeking a flagship experience with top specifications and luxury portability. Meanwhile, the P3 and P5 series give businesses more accessible options without losing modern features.

As competition intensifies in the premium Windows laptop market, ASUS has chosen a strategy focused on design, AI readiness and professional practicality. For Indian buyers in 2026, the ExpertBook range enters the market as one of the more ambitious business laptop launches of the year.
