These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Khogendra Rupini mobile application (the "App"), package name com.kdr.khogendra_app, developed and operated by Khogendra Rupini ("I," "me," "my," "Developer," or "Owner").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the accompanying Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App and uninstall it from your device.

These Terms apply to the App and the services and features made available through it, unless a separate written agreement or license specifically applies.

Definitions

"App" – The Khogendra Rupini mobile application for Android.

"User" / "You" – Any individual who downloads, installs, accesses, or uses the App.

"Content" – Text, images, videos, code, articles, blog posts, graphics, photographs, and other materials displayed through the App.

"Services" – Features provided through the App, including contact forms, customer support, messaging, authentication, donations, notifications, and content display.

"Developer" / "I" / "Me" – Khogendra Rupini, the developer and owner of the App.

"Third-Party Services" – External services used by or integrated with the App, including Google, GitHub, Razorpay, YouTube, and Google Fonts.

"User Content" – Information or content voluntarily submitted by a user through the App, including contact requests and support messages.

Eligibility

By using the App, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age, unless a higher minimum age is required by applicable law.
• You have the legal capacity to use the App and enter into these Terms, where applicable.
• Your use of the App is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You will not use another person's account, identity, or authentication credentials without authorization.

If you are under the legal age required to independently enter into a particular transaction in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

Login Methods

The App may support authentication through Google OAuth, GitHub OAuth, and OTP Verification.

Consent Before Login

The Contact and Customer Support login functionality is disabled by default. Before using Google Sign-In, GitHub Sign-In, or another supported authentication method for Contact or Customer Support features, you must first review and agree to the applicable Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

The App will display a consent checkbox before authentication is enabled. You must actively select the checkbox to indicate that you have read and agree to the applicable policies. Until the checkbox is selected, the login functionality for the relevant Contact or Customer Support feature will remain disabled.

Selecting the checkbox does not automatically create an account or submit a contact request. It only indicates your consent to proceed with the applicable authentication process.

Admin Panel Authentication

The Admin Panel is restricted to authorized administrators. Admin authentication is also disabled until the administrator completes the required policy acknowledgment and consent step presented by the App.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account and authentication information secure, providing accurate information when requested, maintaining the security of your device and authentication session, using only your own account, not impersonating another person or organization, and not creating or using accounts for abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

Account Termination

The Developer may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to an account or feature where reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, fraudulent or abusive activity, security risks, unauthorized access, attempts to bypass security controls, illegal activity, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

Contact Form and Customer Support

The App may provide Contact and Customer Support features that allow authenticated users to communicate with the Developer or authorized support personnel. Features may include Contact Submission, Message Tracking, Customer Support, Admin Replies, and Message History.

Content Sections

The App may contain the following sections: Home, Blog, Work, Work Photos, About, Contact, Resume, and More Menu. Content may change, be updated, removed, or temporarily become unavailable without prior notice.

Notifications

The App may retrieve notifications from the Developer's servers. Notifications may include blog updates, new Work Photos, tutorials, articles, system announcements, and other App-related updates.

Donations

Donations are voluntary. Payment processing is securely provided by Razorpay. Donations are not charitable contributions to a charitable organization unless expressly stated otherwise. A donation does not purchase ownership of the App or its intellectual property.

Donation History

After making a donation, an authenticated user may be able to view their donation history within the App and through the Developer's donation history page at https://khogendrarupini.com/donation/history/.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with security measures.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the App except where such activity cannot legally be restricted under applicable law.
• Modify, alter, inject code into, or create unauthorized derivative versions of the App.
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to access the App or backend services without authorization.
• Harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or unlawfully target another person.
• Submit excessive, repetitive, fraudulent, or abusive contact requests or messages.
• Submit or transmit content that violates applicable law.
• Submit or transmit malware, viruses, malicious code, or other harmful material.
• Attempt to access another user's account, messages, donation history, administrative features, or private information.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected App content without authorization.
• Use the App or its protected content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, OTP verification, certificate pinning, integrity checks, license checks, or other access controls.

App Content

Unless otherwise stated, the App and its original content, including text, articles, blog posts, images, photographs, graphics, software, source code, user interface design, layout, branding, logos, App icon, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Khogendra Rupini and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws, including copyright and trademark laws.

No ownership rights are transferred to you merely because you download or use the App.

User-Submitted Content

You retain ownership of content that you submit through the App, subject to any separate agreement that applies. By submitting content to the Developer through the Contact or Customer Support features, you grant the Developer a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, review, use the content to respond to your request, provide customer support, and perform other actions reasonably necessary to provide the requested service.

Open-Source Content

Certain content or software displayed in or associated with the App may be subject to third-party open-source licenses. Where applicable, those components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Integrated Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with third-party services, including Google OAuth (Authentication), GitHub OAuth (Authentication), Razorpay (Payment processing), YouTube (Video and media content), and Google Fonts (Font rendering). Third-party services are operated independently from the Developer. Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's separate terms and policies.

External Links

The App may contain links to external websites, including khogendrarupini.com, levoriclearn.com, github.com/khogendrarupini, license.khogendrarupini.com, and other websites or services referenced within App content. The Developer is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, or content of third-party websites that are not operated or controlled by the Developer.

Security Checks

Depending on the version of the App and device environment, the App may use security and integrity mechanisms such as Root Detection, Emulator Detection, Debugger Detection, App Integrity verification, SSL/TLS Protection, and Screen Capture Prevention. Security mechanisms may change as the App is updated. The Developer does not guarantee that any security mechanism can prevent every form of unauthorized access, modification, or attack.

User Security Responsibilities

You agree to take reasonable steps to protect your device and account, including keeping your operating system reasonably up to date, protecting your authentication credentials, not sharing OTP codes, not sharing administrative credentials, not attempting to bypass security controls, reporting suspected vulnerabilities responsibly, and not using compromised accounts or credentials.

App License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for its intended purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the App, source code, branding, content, or other intellectual property.

Separate Portfolio Licenses

Certain portfolio applications, websites, templates, or customized software products created by Khogendra Rupini may be distributed under separate license agreements. These may include Web Portfolio License, App Portfolio License, Combined License, or other custom commercial or development licenses.

The Developer may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App or its features. The App may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, security incidents, server problems, network failures, third-party service outages, device compatibility issues, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond the Developer's reasonable control. The Developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the extent permitted by law, the Developer does not guarantee that the App will always be available, the App will be completely error-free, all information will always be accurate or current, the App will work on every device, third-party services will always be available, security mechanisms will prevent every possible attack, or the App will meet every user's particular requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This may include, to the extent permitted by law, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, device-related issues, service interruptions, third-party service failures, or unauthorized access resulting from circumstances outside the Developer's reasonable control.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the Developer's liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

Information provided through the App is generally intended for informational and portfolio purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the content does not constitute legal advice, financial advice, investment advice, medical advice, professional consulting advice, or any other regulated professional advice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice where necessary.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your material violation of these Terms, your unlawful use of the App, your unauthorized access to another person's account or information, your infringement of another person's intellectual-property rights, or content you knowingly submit that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other rights that apply to you under applicable law. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication. Where legally appropriate and where the parties have a valid arbitration agreement, disputes may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Subject to applicable law, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Tripura, India may have jurisdiction over disputes that are not required to be resolved through arbitration. Nothing in this section is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory legal rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

You may stop using the App at any time. The Developer may suspend or terminate access to specific features or accounts where reasonably necessary because of violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, unauthorized access, illegal activity, or other circumstances permitted by applicable law.

If you stop using the App, provisions that by their nature should continue after termination may remain applicable, including provisions relating to intellectual property, user-submitted content, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other continuing obligations.

Account deletion does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record where retention is required or permitted under applicable law. For additional information, see the Privacy Policy.

The Developer may update these Terms from time to time. Changes may be communicated through in-app notifications, an updated "Last Updated" date, publication on the official website, or other reasonable methods. If a change is material, the Developer may provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the App and uninstall it.

Your use of the App is also subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, protected, and retained. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control for privacy and data-processing matters, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted. The remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Failure by the Developer to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of the Developer's right to enforce that provision later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable separate license or written agreement, constitute the agreement governing your use of the App, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular service or transaction. If a separate written agreement applies to a specific service, license, or custom development project, that agreement will govern the relevant subject matter to the extent of any conflict.

By using the App, you acknowledge that:

• You have had an opportunity to review these Terms.
• You understand the rules governing use of the App.
• You agree to comply with these Terms.
• You understand that certain account-based features, including Contact and Customer Support, require you to actively acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms before authentication is enabled.

For administrative users, access to the Admin Panel additionally requires successful authentication and authorization. Selecting the policy acknowledgment checkbox alone does not provide administrative access.
